Four weeks new franchisee training, one week in-center training with mentor franchisee, advanced franchisee training, a toll-free technical support hotline, marketing and advertising programs including automated direct mail. Two weeks on-site training during store opening, including financial, sales, operations, and marketing programs. Ongoing Web based and CD-ROM training. Regional seminars and an Annual Network Conference allows for networking with peers.
