Build Your Own American Dream Home

As a Franchise Owner you will advertise through various media to attract customers/clients who desire to build a custom home on their property. Franchise Owner will provide full-service, home-building consulting to your customer/client. Unlike typical custom home-building companies that call all the shots and make all the decisions for the customer/client, The Franchise Owner backed by our three decades of home construction experience, assists and consults with the customer/ client throughout the entire building process. However, the customer/client makes all the decisions concerning the design, construction, subcontractor selections, interior décor and finishing of their dream home.

• Assistance in locating and establishing office, signage and advertising.
• One week of extensive training at the corporate office, lodging and other expenses not included.
• Access to approved mortgage financing institutions & participation in special in house programs.
• An experienced general contractor for local municipalities and bank residential construction requirements.
• General Contractor Sign Off. 
• Program changes, updates and enhancements.
• Access to inspectors within the Franchise Owners territory.
• Use of all current and future corporate purchase agreements applicable to this program that cover materials and services.
• A wide variety of information, on building and construction information, expertise, and business know how.
• Quarterly visits from corporate representatives to assist in promoting Franchise Owners business.
• Two (2) calendar months, of telephone access to superintendents upon close of first contract.
• One paid area (booth) in a home show in your Territory

Construction experience helpful but not necessary, Sales or Management experience is a must.
